The Five Things That Happen After You Sign
Five things follow in order: we install and commission the line, your people train, it is accepted against the technical agreement's parameter table, a one-year warranty runs, and lifetime repair carries it after. Three of the five hold the questions worth jumping to first.
The one that decides the date
Why Acceptance Is Judged on the Table, Not a Promise
Of everything after signing, acceptance is the single moment that decides whether the line is formally yours to run or still ours to put right. It is the boundary between installed and accepted — and the date it lands on is your production start date. Get the standard for it wrong, and that date is what slips.
Without an agreed standard, acceptance turns into an argument. You recall a capacity described in a meeting; we read a slightly different one off a slide. Whether the line "hits capacity" splits into two readings of the same run — and the thing caught in the middle is your production start date, not ours.
So acceptance is measured against one thing: the detailed parameter table in the technical agreement. That table isn't produced after the run to settle a dispute — it sits in front of you before you sign, every figure the line will be judged on, in writing. You agree the standard first, then hold the line to it.
Each figure carries its own definition, so nothing is left to argue on the day. Utilization, for one, is written into the table as one minus unplanned downtime over twenty-four hours — a definition you can read now, not one we explain on the spot once the number is under question.

Acceptance is also a two-sided test: the table can only be proven on real inputs. The run needs qualified, sufficient raw material and qualified, sufficient operators on your side while it happens — that half is yours, and because it is the part most easily overlooked, it has a section of its own next.
Every figure and its definition agreed before signing. The run either meets them or it doesn't — and both sides read the same number.
A capacity recalled from a meeting, read each side's own way. The dispute has nowhere to settle, so it settles on your schedule.
Delivery
Our Engineers Install and Commission on Your Floor
Installation and commissioning are ours to carry out. Our engineers place the machines on your floor and bring them up to running — not a crate and a manual left for your team to work out.

The machines are set and assembled on site by our own people, in place on your floor — not shipped as parts for you to build.

Each machine is brought up and run in before the acceptance test, not handed over cold for your operators to start on their own.

Your side of the run
What You Supply for the Acceptance Run
Acceptance proves the line only if it is fed and staffed to run at its rated point. Two things are yours to bring to the run, and both carry the same two words — qualified and sufficient.
Qualified, sufficient raw materialCells, ribbon and consumables that meet spec, in enough volume to hold the line at capacity through the whole test. Material that is short or off-spec can't prove a line — it caps the run below what the machine can do, and the number that suffers isn't the machine's.
Qualified, sufficient operatorsEnough trained people to run the line during acceptance — which is exactly what the training before acceptance is for. If the run is understaffed or the operators are still learning on the day, that is a condition on your side, and time lost to it stays on your side of the schedule.
Bring both and the run tests the line, not the inputs — which is the only way the spec table means anything.
Training
Thirteen Hours of Training, Broken Down by Class
Training is free, runs before acceptance, and happens at least once and at most twice. Its timing is deliberate: the people who train are the people who then run the acceptance test — so the line is accepted by your operators working it, not watched over by ours.

The four hours that decide independence
Of the thirteen, the four hours on process parameters are the ones that decide whether the line holds its numbers between our visits — the class where operators learn to set the machine to a product, not just start a preset. That's the difference between a line that runs when you're watched and one that runs when you're not.
After training
What Your Operators Can Do on Their Own After
Training is sized so your people don't call us for the everyday. After the thirteen hours, a trained operator should be able to handle the daily line without a visit.

What's left for us is the exception, not the daily line — and that's where the warranty and the repair service below come in.
Warranty & repair
One Free Warranty Year, Then Lifetime Repair
Support doesn't end when the first year does. Two things run after acceptance, and they are not the same thing — worth separating so you know exactly what each one is.
For one year after acceptance, a covered fault is repaired free of charge. This is the window where a genuine defect is ours to put right at no cost to you.
When the warranty year ends, the machine still has repair service for the rest of its working life. The path back to running never closes — repairs past the first year are provided and charged, not refused.
Read together: the first year is free cover, and after it the machine is never a dead end. It always has a route back to running — on a paid-repair basis rather than none at all.
Response times
The 48/72-Hour Clock Starts at Written Notice
When something goes wrong, the response times are fixed — but the clock starts only when the notice is in writing. Put the fault in an email and the count begins from there, not from a call that leaves no timestamp for either side to point to.

What the warranty excludes

A warranty is only as honest as the exclusions it says out loud. Within the warranty year, a genuine fault in the machine is ours to repair free. Four situations fall outside that — set here in the open, not folded into a footnote you find at a claim.

None of this is hidden to surface at a claim; reading it before you sign is the point, because a boundary you agreed to up front is not a dispute later.
Wear parts sit outside the warranty too: suction cups, springs and filters are consumable by design, so they are never warranty items. What they are is kept in long-term supply — covered two sections down.
Overseas sites
Outside Mainland China, These Costs Are Yours
One more boundary to set before you sign, and it's a matter of geography. For a site outside mainland China, some service costs sit on your side — stated up front so a later visit isn't an argument over who pays.
For an overseas site, the customer bears the travel and freight that carry the service across a border:
- On-site installation and commissioning costs at your location.
- On-site service visits for warranty or repair work.
- Freight for parts sent out and returned.
The service itself doesn't change; what changes is who carries the travel and the freight to deliver it across a border. Knowing that now lets you budget it into the project, rather than meet it as a surprise at the first call-out.
Consumables
Wear Parts Stay in Long-Term Supply
Suction cups, springs and filters wear — that is their job, and it's why they sit outside the warranty. What matters for a line meant to run for years is whether they stay available. They do.

Not tied to the warranty year, so a machine years past acceptance still has its suction cups, springs and filters on hand.

Supplied as used
Provided against need and charged as consumables, rather than bundled into the warranty or discontinued once the year ends.

That is the practical half of lifetime repair: a machine keeps running not only because someone will fix it, but because the parts it consumes are still on the shelf when it needs them.
